5 Easy Steps to Run a Summer Camp

1. Find a Location and Set the Date
Get creative. You can host a camp in your backyard, neighborhood park, or even rent a space at your local church or school. Be sure to check with your local government to see what rules and regulations are required for hosting your own camp.
2. Advertise
Use the ad provided send out invitations to attend your summer camp. Be sure to include date, time, location, cost and general information on what they will be doing at your camp.
3. Set a Deadline for your Campers to Sign Up
Give yourself plenty of time to order materials for your camp. Encourage families to sign their camper up immediately to reserve their space. One helpful tip is to offer discounts to those families that sign up by a specific date. If they sign up after, the price goes up $20 – $30 per camper.
4. Order Materials
These kits will be shipped July 2021 via UPS. Express shipping options are also available.
